Self Care Days
These are stressful times we're living in and it's good practice to take a day and spend it caring for yourself. Your mind needs to be in tip top shape too, right? Take just one day, it doesn't even have to be a full day, where you'll do activities to nourish your mind and body. This will help lower cortisol in the body, resulting in better sleep, balanced hormones, and increased productivity! Here's an example of what that day could look like and a blank template for you to use to plan your own relaxing day.
